HOW TO find Balance Manager link in the new PayPal web interface

In the classic PayPal interface, the BALANCE MANAGER link was directly on the home page.  With the introduction of the new PayPal web interface, the BALANCE MANAGER link disappeared.

How to get to BALANCE MANAGER with the new PayPal interface:

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Go to "Wallet".
3. Click CLASSIC SITE at the bottom of the page.
4. Click MY MONEY.
5. Under "PayPal Balance", hover over "More", then click BALANCE MANAGER.

I got this information from PayPal Customer Support.

This doesn't work anymore.  Classic site is not avaible under wallet.

The new site is terrible.

Balance Manager does not appear to exist on the new web portal.  Just spent 45 minutes with an extremely helpful CSR who attempted to help figure it out.  Best scenario we came up with is:

https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/balance-manager

It'll get you to balance manager & allow you to modify your account settings (at least I hopefully had success...1st change should go into effect on 12/12/14 ~ my fingers are crossed.  If it does not, I will revise this post).
