Confirmation number

So i have a few problems with my account. Im on a limited account and i have provided/uploaded the documents which have been received and accepted with a green tick. After sorting this problem i then went to my email and received an email from paypal telling me to "activate your new account" which i believe that it will get my account back to normal, so i clicked on the "confirm email address" and logged into my paypal and it was still bringing up the limited account problem and so it went to the resolution centre page even though its been resolved. In my emails there is a confirmation number and i dont know where to enter it in paypal. I have tried in notifications but nothing comes up.
