Cancelling recurring payment.

I am totally unable to cancel a recurring payment, the instructions say click on the  settings icon at the top of the page, what settings icon? does anyone know what it looks like, I cannot find it.

Here’s how to cancel a subscription or recurring payment:

Paypal summary page > profile (spanner looking icon next to log out) > bottom right paypal settings > pre-approved payments.

1. Log in at the Paypal website

2. click on https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/customerprofileweb?cmd=_manage-paylist

This link goes straight to the recurring payments list.

This is much easier than navigating to this place, the usability of the website is so bad that it is almost un-findable.
