Can't withdraw money

Hello, I've added my credit card(Mastercard), but to withdraw money Paypal asks me to link US bank account. I am from Lithuania and Paypal says that I can withdraw money to US bank AND to my credit card. So why I can't then ? Why it asks me for US bank ???? Thanks for the help.

Ignore the US bank account that is only for US residents that are working or living in your country.

This is because paypal is a US company and so its residents can link their bank account to all other countries paypal accounts whereas others cannot.

If you need to withdraw funds it has to be to a card and normally it has to be a VISA.

says that I can send and receive money using my debit card (Mastecard). Is it really necessary to have VISA ? I tried before to add my VISA card, but Paypal didn't allow it.
