THIS IS ABSOLUTELY INSANE!!!! I am trying to make a payment to my paypal connect account, BUT I have an old account that I made about 8 years ago, and only used maybe once... problem is that I connected my bank account to that paypal account. I now live in a completely different address and my old account has been put on limitations... I'M TRYING TO GIVE PAYPAL THEY'RE MONEY BUT IT'S IMPOSSIBLE!!!!!! I can't delete my old account because it's on limitations, I try to verify my address and it says they're going to send a letter to my address... I DON'T LIVE THERE!!! I can't delete the bank account because of the account limitations... Therefore I can't link this bank account to my new address, I have tried EVERYTHING, even trying to call the support center which was just an insane maze of automated responses, I finally get the option to talk to a customer representative and I get told that I'll be charged a 15$ fee... are you kidding me??? Quite frankly I'm starting to get really mad, and if I incur a late fee or a knick on my credit report from things will escalate.
