I recently set up a new hotmail address. Went to add it to my paypal, but apparently someone who had the email address before me had a paypal account that it is linked to.
I now have full access to the new email address and am looking to delete my old one but can't as I can't add my new email to my account.
Can anyone confirm how I action this, as I have no idea who the person who origianlly had my email is.
