Can't Sent Security Text To New Primary Number

Hi,
I add new phone number in the profile, and make it as primary number.
Now the problem is :

1. I can't remove old phone number whis is I no longer use.

2. In "Security Check", only old phone number appear to "Receive a text".

Can somebody help me please.
