Add Money from a U.S. Bank Account - Money Transfer not working

Every time I go to "Add Money", then "Add Money through a U.S. Bank Account", it asks me to enter my checking accounts routing number and account number. I have done this several times over the past couple days, and it just keeps giving me this error message:

 

Sorry — your last action could not be completed

I am not looking for a transaction confirmation. I did not come to this page from another website. I came from PayPal's website, have clicked the PayPal logo in the upper-left corner to return to the home page, and restarted the activity. I have logged in and out countless times - nothing works.

 

 

I have tried contacting customer support over the phone, and through the website, but all I get are automated responses with no help to my situation. This is very frustrating, as all I wish to do is add $10 to my paypal balance but it will not let me through my checking account. I have also tried adding the checking account to my PayPal, but it gives the same error message.

 

I have successfully updated my debit card information, but there is no option to transfer money from debit card to paypal.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
