Sending package to US address

Hi - I am trying to send a package from Canada to US address via Expedited service but it always tells me the dimensions are invalide - has anyone encountered this?  My package size is 420mm or 16 inch X  140mm or 5 inch X 140mm or 5 inch and weight is about 3 lbs

I think your problem was with your measurements.

You can't mix metric and Imperial measurements

You can't use millimetres only centimeters.

Imperial measurments will give you an inaccurate rought approximation.

Canada Post went metric in 1974. Only metric works.

i have had this happen alot certain canadian shipments especially small ones, it takes alot of different measurements to go through but only through paypal shipping. and yes you cannot mix metric with imperial. it is very confusing as when you ook for help it tells you parcel cannot exceed a certain length then you have to send it by a different packaging,.
