Proof of Sale or picked up murchandise

Is there a way to show proof that a sale was made and picked up instead of shipped? We had a customer dispute charges months after a sale was completed and the sale has been disputed. We produced several eamils and a copy of the invoice but without actually shipping (the customer came to our location and picked up) we have no proof they received the items. How do we deal with this?

All we can suggest is that you contact customer support direct for assistance. Per the User Agreement, to be eligible for Seller and/or Buyer Protection, the item has to be shipped, tracked and insured if applicable. In person pick-ups are ineligible.
