Hello paid yesterday 09 august 2016 like a guest wioth my credit card after a few minutes i have received on my email adress a message from ebay "Your recent eBay transaction may be from a compromised account" the seller just delete the item .. but i paid for this item he doesnot respond to my message . how can i receive my money back. yesterday afternoon i was to my bank and write a claim but im not sure if its will help to receive the money back one more thing my ID item is not availible. i dont no what to do with this problem please need help

You can still open a dispute as a guest buyer but you have to phone customer services and they will open one for you.
However if you have already started a claim with your bank they may refuse as you can't have 2 claims open at the same time.
You need to ring and ask.
Click on the words "Contact" at the bottom of your paypal account summary page and use the phone option (if there is one in the country you are in) > click on the "call us" option on the left (fees "may" apply so check the cost with your phone tariff first, as you sometimes have to wait a while to connect).
When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent or say the word "agent".
