Not taking credit cards

hi, We have set up a special event at this site to sell tickets to our members.  https://sunshinecoastfilmsociety.wildapricot.org/events  The process works fine, but when we get to the payment it says "Log into Paypal", but it doesn't allow for credit card payments from people who don't have Paypal accounts.

And now our regular site has changed, too. Previously we were able to accept credit cards.  https://www.scfs.ca/admission/join-the-film-society

What is the problem?
