I shipped a parcel with tracking to the USA. On Aug 30 it went out for delivery. It's now Sept 5 and the parcel has not been delivered. The seller also will not return my emails. How long will my funds be held? What if my parcel is returned because the buyer didn't answer the door. Why does usps keep saying there been no updates? What can I do in this situation?
