This is a total scam. They took my credit card info and used a fake delivery service (UPN Carriers). I am guessing it popped up around the holidays to scam people and is gone; the website doesn't even exist anymore.

Do not purchase from techoffersmall. They are an affront. They do not deliver any goods. They post a fake waybill from UPN. If you ask them where your order is, they email you once and tell you it sometimes takes 30 days. They show their waybill originating in Mountainside, NJ, go through South Carolina, and then a destination near you. The paypal charge shows a Michael<removed>. Please do not buy from them. I do believe they are legit. I noted other people on the web have been lodging complaints.

It's definitely a scam. I realized this without buying anything from them because I was skeptical since they accept gift cards to other stores as a payment method. They took all of the product pages from Walmart.com, the comments and questions about products are all the same as Walmart. It's impossible to leave a product review on techoffers website because pressing write a review always take you to an error page. When you're seeing positive reviews, it's genuine reviews for products, just not left by customers of this company.
