I bought an item from ebay that was from a compromised account. Ebay messaged me to tell me about this and said if I had already paid I should open a claim through paypal. Paypal says :
This transaction cannot be disputed at this time. This is usually because the transaction has not yet been completed. If this is a completed transaction, please double check that the Transaction ID you selected refers to a payment that you sent.
The purchase is unclaimed but I cannot cancel it anywhere. Help would be appreciated because ebay says they can't open a claim either.
