sold and shipped item, buyer then canceled the payment

I solded an item for $750, paypal recived the payment to I went ahead and shipped out the item. But after I sent out the item and the tracking number posted, the buyer canceled the payment. Please help.

The Paypal email to you,what does it say,does it say OK to ship,and you get seller protection/
