scammed

I was scammed out of $720. i reported it. the recipient knows the money is not his and wants to return it. I can't a way to contact paypal and tell them this.

i will want to send paypal a polic report in a few days as well

I'm sorry to hear about your situation, but glad to hear that the recipient is wanting to work with you to give you your money back! Even if there's an open dispute on a payment, the recipient can still issue a refund in the Resolution Center.
