My wife who does not have a paypal acct. had a charge of 23.99 on 12/8/17 accepted by paypal. The paypal user name was <removed>. My wifes bank is looking into this, the same user tried a $115 debit thru paypal on 12/8/17, but her bank denied the transfer. Just thought I would put this out there. <removed> a paypal member. In note I have never had nothing but good things to say about paypal.
