paypal report unauthorized activity page  not loading, here is screen after 2h loading

problem remains after all this time. Paypal doen't give a rat's **bleep** about operational problems.

As of March 13th, 2018 you will still receive this problem if you attempt to dispute transactions, you have to manually bust your balls doing them individually by opening a case for each transaction.
