Ok I bought some books for my kids homeschool curriculum and after a long wait I looked at the tracking which said sent to "DEAD" lost service center and it was not deliverable. I asked the post office and they said I had to file a claim and IF it was EVER found it would be sent to me. I wanted to know how long before I should file a claim, I paid 2 weeks ago. The seller seems to have no interest in offering a refund and just said that she called and looked it up and they would send it when found. My PayPal protection may run out before it is found. Anyone ever go through this?
