received order from china, item will abosolutely not work, tried to send back per paypal with tracking nr and usps does not track canadian orders. The olther item was order 3 weeks ago. did not receive. asked paypal to reimburse a whole $57. and after 3 phn calls and sitting on phone for 45 mins. , I was told they could not help. I am done with paypal and so should everyone else
