Good Afternoon, my name is Marcia.

Yesterday I made a purchase in an establishment,(connecting threads),  and at the time of payment I placed another email, diferent from the one that i have registered at Paypal. I could not close the purchase because I did not receive the confirmation number from my purchase. However to my surprise I received a SMS saying that my payment was accepted in the same amount of my purchase in mark paypal ppp san jose. I would like to know how to cancel this payment, because i didnt buy anything at the store, they didnt give me the confirmation. Thanks for help, awaiting response.

Go to your PayPal activity list on your computer and find the payment transaction.  Click on that and review the details.  After you review those details, post back for more information.

Also, go back  to the site where you made or didn't make the purchase and look for the order.  You may have to phone the company to make sure one way or the other.
