I'm sorry to hear about the unrecognized transaction - that can definitely be a concern! I would advise checking your PayPal account first. If you see the transaction, you can report it as unauthorized using the steps listed here.
If you don't see the transaction on PayPal, I would advise contacting us by phone so that we can look into the charge and see what information we can find to assist. Hopefully this helps!
