A buyer filed a claim for non receipt of item, I had proof of postage and the tracking showed that the item was progressing through the buyers postal system (Mexico), Paypal found in the buyers favour and refunded them, the tracking now shows that the item has been delivered, I have contacted the buyer but have received no reply, how do I get the refund returned to my account.

Too late I'm afraid.

How did you send it, surely not airmail?

Well paypal can't force a buyer to repay your money.

Normally with a dispute a buyer can't escalate to a claim until at least 7 days post payment > then you have another 10 days minimum before its reviewed, that is at least 21 days for your item to get there.

That is why i asked if it was airmail. I sent to China and it got there within 10 days.

Thank you for your reply and clarification, unfortunately the buyer didn't bother to contact me they just went straight for the claim, the item I posted took 3 days to arrive in Mexico and then sat in their postal system for over 3 weeks, if they had bothered to check the tracking they would have known that, my personal opinion is that they're just scammers who wanted the goods and the money and of course Paypal is more than happy to facilitate such actions, I think that's me done with Ebay and Paypal, it's not worth the hassle.

Thank you again for your help
