Hello- I am a computer dummy. That said I have sent payments in the past but not for a couple of years. I tried to send money this evening and after entering the email of "send money to" I went to the next page and hit "family/friend" option an also tried the "make a payment " option. Both returned me to the "payee information" page which is gray and allows no further options. I think I properly updated my information but nothing has changed, however it has been 2 years or so since I last paid for something off ebay.
How do I send money and complete this transaction? Thanks for any help, John
