Please help. I have tried several times to report a problem through Paypal's Resolution Centre, but keep encountering an errror. I paid for goods worth £147.70 through Paypal and never received the goods or a refund. Keep encountering problems when trying to open a dispute and unable to speak to anyone at Paypal when calling them because my landline number has changed. Please help! Many thanks, Kaye
