A $5 is debited from my bank account under SKIPPER DODGSON CO with ID PAYPALSD22. This is unauthorized and I never made this transaction. It's not there in my activity and I never made this transaction. Please help.

This is for unauthorised Paypal transaction,
in his case,he needs to contact his bank ,not Paypal
If there is an unauthorized transaction in your bank account, the first place to check is your bank; phone your bank for help.
If course you should thoroughly investigate and compare all of your own activities and purchases anywhere for that day, not just those on PayPal.
tell your bank about this transaction.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
