I, come from china, write this article with totally anger and disappointment.
This is my first item bought in ebay with paypal. After read about ebay from some ads. in chinese website, I bought a item from seller "Amazing Wireless LLC", and received a totally different item. I want to return it, Seller insist me to pay for the international delivery, I think since the whole thing is their fault, it is impossible and unreasonable.
I never think that the "Judger" will think the same as seller.
Now I have three questions for eBay and PayPal.
1 You FORCE me to PAY for the international delivery. If a seller sell a fake item, and a international buyer bought this, item value is $170, fake item value is $100, international delivery costs $70. Now I ask paypal, does you mean the seller will always be successful in giving international buyer a dilemma choosing to keep fake item and lose $70 or to return the item and lose $70 too?
2 You FORCE me to PAY for the international delivery. Now you and ebay, so called "international shopping website", In what way can you protect a customer? In what way the international customer can purchase with your website without worring "What if seller send wrong item?""What if seller is a lier?"
3 You FORCE me to PAY for the international delivery. Do you yourself will pay so much money to return it if you bought a wrong item or a obviously very bad item?
The item is "Microsoft Surface 3 1285GB Wi-Fi+ 4G 10.8in WINDOWS 8.1 Silver New Open Gift Box", and what I receive is 64GB 2GB suface 3, with a little bent, and sim tray gone. And YOU , The Judger, Paypal, you decide to let me pay for the international delivery?
The money is not big deal. It is only a tablet, not a Porsche. I am just shocked by Paypals unfairness. I had have faith on Paypal, Paypal disappointed me. I won't shopping in ebay, and use Paypal no more. And as I can breath, I will do my best to tell other people the unfairness, unjustice of paypal, and stop them from using this website. I will recommand them to use some other shopping website such as amazon, microsoft offical store. For they have given me far far more enjoyable shopping experience than the disgusting feeling in ebay and paypal.
There are all official jargon, There is no reasonable solution. That's what I learned from this unforgetable bad and unjustice solution. Now that ebay and paypal both stand in the seller's side, I closed my claim. I will treat this as my money stolen by a thief, And Say no to you for my reset life.
