My vendor issued an uncontested refund for a product that did not meet its advertized specs. The refund did not include return shipping costs. Vendor agreed to pay these costs if I returned the product. I return shipped the product (along with the USPS bill) and it has been received by the vendor.
Not that I don't trust; but the vendor (who has already issued a refund via PayPal) has asked for my account info "to return my shipping $$." Since they knew where to refund the purchase price, sending additional info seems unnecessary and potentially a little risky. Q: Can PayPal intercede by providing a link?
