Hello all,

Recently I need to upload my ID card and stuff ... But I have sended  everything but it was not good enough.

I want to send all the files again but I can't because if I go to actioncenter it said ... We are checking your documents we will contact you in 2 days. But how can I upload my new files ????

you cant while they review what you have sent them.

if theyneed more,they will ask for more.

What were the instructions when you received a message for more information?

If you still can't figure it out, the make a phone call to PayPal customer service.

They said go to actioncenter and click solve a problem. But if I do that i get a screen with a green check and with the text 'We are checking your documents' and I cant do something else.

So, make that phone call to PayPal customer service for help.  No one else can see your account details.
