I was scammed into sending my item, he used fake emails that told me as soon as I sent the item off and sent the confirmation code into the paypal email I would receive my money. What do I do now?

How did you ask the buyer to pay you  ??

Did you send an invoice to the buyer or simply provide your email address to the buyer ??

Unfortunately in cases such as this - there's really nothing you can do after the fact.

There are ways to protect yourself, for example:

* As the seller, you send the buyer an invoice.

* The buyer pays.

* PayPal will send you an email notice and there will also be a transaction record in your account activity section.

* You wait until the money is transferred to your account balance.

* Once you actually have the money, you can purchase and print your shipping label.

* Enter the tracking number into the transaction record.

* Ship the item.

If you don't follow those basic steps - sadly you end up here.   You can learn more by checking out the User Agreement for Seller Protection.
