Bought item from Best Buy Canada for delivery in Canada. Seller accepted PayPal payment and received money. Presently received email
from seller advising questions and returning item to warehouse and money return within 10 days. I want Paypal to investigate and insuring
money refunded into my account promptly so that I may repurchase from a different vendor.

If the seller has refunded then you need to wait for it to process back to you.
If they do not refund then you can open a paypal dispute.
Advice is voluntary.
