i am trying to 

Resolve a problem in our Resolution Center

 

but every time i click on it i get below error on  Report a Problem page  Item Dispute

 

Error:

 

Gateway Timeout

The proxy server did not receive a timely response from the upstream server.

i keep getting this error since 3 days, anyone have any idea about it ???   Please help me ,

This is exactly the problem I have been having. 

 

Paypal refunded the buyer with out me insturcting him to return the item. 

 

They keep replying to my emails and ignoring the fact the website didn't work. I am looking at contacting the small claims court becuase they refuse to acknowldge there was a problem. 

 

I tried for days to repsond and couldn't and e-mailed Paypal before the settled the dispute saying I couldn't reply. 

 

Did you have any luck in the end?

So, your gateway proxy timed out, and you're taking PayPal to court over it?
