I received 4 items all damaged in shipping, ups wants to take the items and then whether they decide to cover it or not I will not be able to get them. I paid 1853 dollars for the items. I do not want to let them take the items in case I need evidence for PAYPAL CLAIM or to not be completely out of my money. they can be repaired but it would cost over 1000 dollars to repair them, what should I do? there is an option to send them pictures of the packaging ect, which is what I chose. anyone have experience with this?
