Hello Paypal community

I wanted to ask if the partial payment invoice force the buyer pay the money when the due day come because I was selling my game account on the net and the buyer agreed with $1000 price. That guy told me he didn't have enough so he wanted to pay partial. I sent him an $1000 invoice with 90 days limit and he paid me $250 (Transaction ID:7L778872AN991333M). After that i gave him the account.

And now i cant contact him anymore. Seem like he doesn't want to pay me the rest. What should i do in this situation to get my money?

Thank you.

You loose on 2 accounts.

First virtual items do not have seller protection; you cannot proof delivery so buyer could claim non delivery and actually get a full refund.

As for the partial payment, the invoice is NOT a contract with the buyer it is an invoice for payment.  Once you provide the goods there is no way to force the buyer to pay more.  It was your fault for providing the goods before payment completed.

Apparently the buyer knew a lot more about PayPal policies and practices than you did.

Even if the buyer had paid the full amount it would have been refunded with a claim of non-delivery.

I suspect you get a case of non-delivery filed to the payment, so make you keep the funds available in yoru PayPal account.
