I have a pending transaction on my bank account that says "Paypal" for only $6.89. Small amount but I do not recognize it.
I cannot do a dispute because it does not yet show on my paypal account. Was on hold with Paypal for 20 minutes; figured this may be faster.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
