I ordered a package back in October I still have not received. the seller said it's on the way I should have received it by now ...my case will close on the 20th what should I do?what if it doesn't come in.

you have 180 days,go back to the case and escalate to get PAYPAL review,if he cant upload tracking showing it has been delivered,you win.
