PayPal Charge Back

I am sure this is a question that has been asked before. I sold something which was paid for via PayPal and picked up by the buyer. Since then the buyer has requested their money back (£220), which PayPal have refunded. I had already removed the money so my account is now overdrawn and I am now out of pocket by this amount. I have no evidence that the item was collected. PayPal have obviously advised that I have no rights despite the buyer being a scammer. Do I have any rights or am I just going to have to put this down to a bad experience and repay the overdrawn amount. Thanks

you lost the dispute as you cannot prove delivery with online viewable tracking number showing it has been delivered to his Paypal shipping address by a commercial carrier.

This is a dirty trick scammer used to get free merchandise, local pickup should always be non credit card payment, like cash . .
