Oh no! That doesn't sound good. Unwanted and unexpected windows that lead to other websites are not part of the PayPal payment experience.
A few things to check:
- Run a virus scan on your computer to make sure there's no malware.
- Check to make sure you're actually on the eBay website and not a malicious site disguised as eBay.
- Check to make sure that you're not clicking a fake payment button in the listing that's leading you outside of eBay's payment flow. If there is a false button, make sure to report the listing to eBay.
