Package untrackable due to Paypal's mistake

On August 10 I sent a package to Sweden. The USPS quit tracking the package supposedly after it left the U.S., even though I sent it Priority.  I have contacted the USPS several times and this last time they claimed the tracking number (which began with LK) was for a first class package, even though the record of Paypal shows it as a Priority package, which should be trackable through to delivery. The recipient hasn't gotten her package yet, and the USPS refuses to offer any kind of assistance because of the first class tracking number, even though I paid for Priority shipping. Is there any way to resolve this via Paypal?

When you printed the label - did it say Priority Mail  ??  There are also Customs Forms, did you complete that paperwork ??

Yes, it is labeled as priority mail and I paid the priority mail rate. I also filled out the customs forms.

nothing Paypal can do for you,it is between you and USPS.

you can print out Paypal message to prove you have paid PRIORITY.

Does USPS priority track all the way into SWeden?

Paypal just buy the shpping label for you,it does not generate a tracking number,if the number is incorrect for you kind of shipping method, you have to ask USPS.
