I recently sold a BNWTS VS Pink hoodie.. The buyer left me a great fb on Ebay & then 3 weeks later opened a case with PP for Item Not As Described stating it was FAKE!! IM FURIOUS!! IVE NEVER SOLD ANYTHING FAKE OR NON AUTHENTIC! I sent in all pics of the hoodie, including tags etc for proof to PP. Buyer stated she already returned it to me, in which i NEVER RECEIVED ANY TRACKING INFO NOR THE ITEM!! This buyer also has fb from other sellers to BEWARE- BUYERS A LIAR!! It took PP over 2 weeks to come up with a decision & sided with the BUYER!!!! IM EXTREMELY EXTREMELY EXTREMELY UPSET & FURIOUS WITH PP RIGHT NOW!! And now im afraid of what buyer will return to me if anything at all!! Meanwhile my money is being held up cz of this dumb b*t'h!! How can i appeal this decision?! Im about to close any & all accounts i have with PP!! Thank u for all ur help & PLZ PLZ BE CAREFUL OF ALL THE SHADY, LYING SCAMMING POS OUT THERE!!! GOD BLESS!!!

you cannot win an item not as described with Paypal,it has no seen the item so no way to know who is telling the truth,so she returns the item ,gets her money and you relist.
she pays return shipping.
picitures and emails can be doctored/
robot does not read email or watch movies.

Good luck. In my case, PayPal decided in favour of a fraudulent seller who refused to communicate at all and also refused my package when PayPal instructed me to return the item. 😕
