Hello all. i jumped onto my PayPal the other day to see a big fat minus where my balance is. This definitely wasn't my doing and i believe my Xbox or Microsoft account was stolen 😞 it had all my information on there. I emailed paypal now my account is limited so i can't pay off anything. What do i do?
