Mistake/Fraud?

I received an email  saying there was a transaction ID:6HLDFD8734NK3SDHU348SMS3L and Google Play Invoice ID: EUJSAD8723JS7DH23A77GSG  The charge is $75.00 for three $25.00 Google Play Gift Cards.  I did not make this transaction.  On the email there was a link which says, This isn't you ? RESOLVE NOW, Below, it said I have up to 180 days to open a dispute in the Resolution Center.
