I bought an Iphone 6 and seller sent it without deactivating lockout feature. The phone is asking for previous Apple ID and password to unlock and canot be used until entered. Seller was slow to get me the phone to start and I have not heard back about getting an ID and password to unlock the phone.
What can you do to help? I am out $90 and the use of a mobile device.
