Hello, I Sold bitcoins at localbitcoins.com, everything was going well, the buyer paid me with paypal and I give the bitcoins to him , after a few days the buyer request the money back, and It is very funny because right know paypal stole my money to give it to him , and I have no bitcoins and no money,
and the funniest thing of all is that I used paypal thinking that it was the safest way to make the transaction

You need to review and understand PayPal buyer and seller protection policies. It is quite clear your transaction does not qualify for seller protection; it was a risk you took willinging to sell your virtual items. There is NO SELLER PROTECTIONFOR VIRTUAL ITEMS.

PayPal does not support scammers. It is buyers who make bad judgment purchases who support the scammers. Stop making the purchases and scammers will not get your money.

Using friends/family is against the rules and, yes, a sender can find a way to dispute.
PayPal does not protect you when using bad judgment in payment methods.
There would have been not scam if you had not participated by using better judgment.
There is no delivery required for family/friends.
Even with goods/services there would be no tracking.
It's time for you to read an understand PayPal policies. Click on Legal at the bottom of the page and then User Agreement. Everything is based on that.
