I need to add photo to Paypal transaction claim and no way to do it

I started the claim and now want to add photos. i see no way to do this!!

All information has to be put in the dispute section before its escalated to a claim.

Once escalated you can only supply more information if paypal ask for it.

Also even if its at the dispute stage you should put that you have photo evidence and then paypal will ask if they require it.

Pretty cruddy! It should have said that. I really need to add a photo. I can't even add a comment at this point.

Nope once you have escalated to a claim you have asked paypal to ''review'' all the evidence supplied in the dispute before you escalated and then paypal will contact you if they need more evidence.
