I bought a back pack and it never got shipped...I asked why it wasn't sent and got no reply.. when I tried to make a claim it said it was too early and too late for a refund. Then when I look the seller has been suspended and I've got no way to ask a question about anything because when I press "contact us" it just keeps going in a circle and giving me options and not letting me email anyone at all. Im not allowed to enter the item #? and if you look it's gone..... what do I do? Who do I ask? There's no option to just ask PayPal to actually help
