There is a software company that I am affiliated with that accepts PayPal as a payment option and also pays their affiliates via PayPal. I have sold their software through my website and have earned beyond the minimum amount to receive an affiliate payment. The payment was due on the 02/20/2018 but was never paid. I opened a support ticket from the affiliate section of their website on 02/22/2018 but have yet to receive a response. I also sent them two additional email messages that have also gone ignored. I do not believe this is the kind of company that PayPal would want to be associated with. Is there a way to report them to PayPal for unscrupulous business practices?
