HELP!!!!

I placed an order thru EBay on Aug 24th, was paid thru PayPal. Order was to have been delivered between Sept1-15th; I still have not received it. I have tried to contact the seller twice but to no avail. Tried contacting EBay, got no response from them. What do I do now??
