I got my package last night. I oredered autoparts sep/19.
I asked fedex, plz deliever after 3:30 pm.but Delievery was delayed. Fedex ground people didnt deliever and i had to call so many time. Even i went fedex ground place pass the toll bridge for pick up then came with nothing because driver carried my box even their website showed me my package located at station. I called them so many time
and finally after 10 days later i had to pick up myself at the fedex station.
Last night i opened the package and part was damage and missing, it looks like gabage.
I dont know whats going on but one thing is sure it happened before arrive my hand. Also one of fedex shipping station lady was watched everything. I asked her can i give you this and return it. She said we cant hold it.
So i took picture damaged package and parts. And came home
I want my money back. I just opened case at paypal.
I wish seller is fair trader But their return policy is not...
resalable and in the original packaging. All manufacturer part number stickers with barcode must be intact ,All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, Return shipping costs are your responsibility,Shipping costs are non-refundable......
Package was opened ,damaged and part was missing before handed me. Do I have to yield to their policy?
What do I have to do next? I'm so frustrating.
Next time without through amazon or ebay. Im not gonna buying product from website.

file item not as described with Paypal,you have 180 days to do so,you will have to pay return shipping.
but you will get your full payment back ,once tracking shows delivered to his address with Paypal

if this is an Ebay transaction,you have 30 days to open a dispute ,if you win,seller pays return shipping ,by giving you a return label online ,if he does not,Ebay will do it for him

if you are buying brand new items and they come damaged,your seller should send you replacement and then deal with Fed Exp.itis not your fault,it could be Fed Exp damaged in transit,let them slug it out.
Unlike UPS,Fed Exp does not offer insurance,it offers indemnity,non jewlery max is $100,jewelry 1000 max.
most RETAILERS buy insurance outside Fed Exp.

how did they respond?
the proper way is for both sides to communicate via Paypal case,you should enter your tracking to your case if it allows you.
where is the case now,has it been escalated to get Paypal involved/
